Style and Substance
Christie Kuehner, Mackenzie Haehl, Grace Kuehner and Sidney Carroll
The fashion-forward members of the Life and Style Club at St. Luke’s School in New Canaan put their style savvy to work during a runway show they coordinated to benefit Inspirica, formerly St. Luke’s LifeWorks of Stamford. This student-run effort was led by junior Christie Kuehner. She and her committee wanted to direct their passion for fashion toward a cause they feel strongly about. The teens hosted an event that went off with the support of local stores, including those that loaned clothes for the student models to wear. Inspirica supports both youth and residential programs for those who are homeless.
