Feel the Beat

Family Centers

Local supporters of Family Centers were kicking up their feet at the Dancin’ in the Street benefit. Cochairs Allison Bourke, Abby Powers, Pam Caffray, Patti Fast and Nonie Sullivan organized a truly eclectic night at the Greenwich Armory, incorporating a playful mix of entertainment—think three-dimensional chalk art, a giant Ferris wheel, break dancers and an acoustic performance by the Finster of Fairfield County.

In addition to gourmet food, there was a beer garden. The fundraiser, which is Family Centers’ largest of the year, drew 350 people and raised nearly $540,000 for the organization.
